We were founded in1939 in Hengyang, Hunan, China by Bishop Rafael Palazzi, OFM. In 1949 we went to Hong Kong and later to the USA. Returning to Hong Kong in 1958 we began education work in Shatin, followed by opening Taiwan missions. Our founder's special charism is love for China and the people of China. |

本會由方濟會士柏長青主教於 1939 在湖南衡陽創立，1949 到港再遷美，1958 應邀到港，在沙田展開教育事工，繼往台灣。會祖極愛中國及其民。 | |||||
